I got something out of every minute of this podcast (and after-party ☺️). Three of the things that stand out are always remembering what it feels like to be a kid; hearing Ofosu's wife and daughter's voices melding in a way that speaks to the unconditional love I have for my children that must then also be felt for my inner child that must then also transcend to and from my ancestors; and not giving a fuck if others can accept the dualities within myself. I can't wait for part two! ❤️
This season of the podcast has been so amazing. Every time I listen, I think: OK, this is my favorite episode, and then the next one comes along that I love even more. Thank you Ofosu, Tasha, and Jeff for this interview, and Ofosu especially for your music, presence, and work in the world. I've shared the hip hop meditation with so many people - meditators and non-meditators alike - and it moves everyone. Love and gratitude to you all! ~Eileen
