I enjoyed the centering too, and the movement focus almost made me feel a little tickly/swaying/dizzy in my ribs which was interesting. I want to think more on the concept of authentic reality “reinforcements” , the nonviolent (hopefully )“mad max” journey, and the “faulty materialism”.

This the most awesome way of breathing for me ever. I loved the way my body felt inside the breath, especially feeling the breath going up into my, around my mind, my every tissue in the head! I want more!

This meditation was extremely helpful! For some reason, when a specific meditation involves focusing on my breath, which they often do, I suddenly have a hard time breathing (especially when the focus is my nostrils), so I've been working on focusing on breathing during meditation in different ways. One I've been using a lot is the meditation from a previous podcast, where we would breathe in the wisdom and love of the Earth and our ancestors and breathe out used energies to recycle. I've been kinda doing a "receive" as I breathe in from my feet and "release" as I breathe out of the top of my head mantra while focusing on the Earth and ancestors. Now this meditation had another unique way to focus on the breath that I enjoyed. I also have found that breathing in through every pore of the body and relaxing into the exhale leaving my head or my heart works, too. Thanks to you guys and Caverly for another great episode! 🕊️♥️🤲
